CHRISTOPHER VAN ARSDALE is the original chef-owner / creator of the award-winning CAFE MONARCH in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Chef Christopher designed and transformed an otherwise blighted property into an inspired  culinary oasis resplendent with its butterfly and herb gardens amidst the trickling sounds of water fountains, outdoor chandeliers,  and candlelit lanterns abound. An aesthetic orchestration topped off with his bold gastronomic offerings.
